      Made me wait and wait for my last paycheck

      Pros

      Nice location though parking is expensive.

      Cons

      I waited two weeks for my final paycheck, and when they still didn't pay me, I had to threaten with a lawsuit and a complaint to Labor and Industries.

      Pros

      Cafeteria located on first floor, and the view out over the water was refreshing.

      Cons

      Tardiness of exec management to attend scheduled meetings, or make decisions, set the tone of sluggishness and delay for everything else. Requirement for CEO to approve all PO's over $500 often caused significant, and unnecessary, delays.

      Pros

      Small and growing company means opportunities for collaboration and greater individual impact and influence in decisions. Great pipeline with lots of potential. Management that is engaging and cares about professional development. I love the team I work with and it is the best part of my job.

      Cons

      Small and growing company also means all hands on deck.
