      Lots of potential if managed correctly

      Cons

      Manage by fear. There are a lot of bullies here. The CEO needs to let go and trust his team. If you push back to much you won't last.

      Pros

      Interesting things in the pipeline. Lots of growth, which made me think that there would probably be opportunities to move into higher level jobs.

      Cons

      The opposite of the pros. Lots of growth = growing pains, like not knowing who all the new people are. I don't think that changes were being communicated very well.
