Pros

Products and pipeline. Some good people. May be good as a training ground or if you live in the Seattle area.

Cons

Culture and values are MIA. CEO involvement in ALL decisions slows everything down. Wild stock performance. Turnover--no one I know still works there.

No pros... horrible company. Nothing good to say about them

Cons

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The micromanagement from the manager was extreme. Her reply to emails were very condescending and rude. They discriminate also. I had a miscarriage due to the stress from this company and was fired without any notification. My worst mistake was ever working with this company. Lawsuit

Great water views. Good benefits. Friendly, smart people.

Cons

No processes in place. Only certain people allowed to WFH - not allowed across the entire organization. Micro-managed.
