      Pros

      Small company with lots of opportunities to work on different things Internal management systems are amazing for a small company

      Cons

      Everything needs to go through the upper level execs including the CEO and they don't communicate well with one another. Communication needs to improve within the company as a whole. There are a few great employees within each group who are empathetic to one another. However, it's quite impossible to have a voice at this level.

      Made me wait and wait for my last paycheck

      Nice location though parking is expensive.

      Cons

      I waited two weeks for my final paycheck, and when they still didn't pay me, I had to threaten with a lawsuit and a complaint to Labor and Industries.
