Pros

I’ve worked at Ometria for the last three years. During that time, I’ve been promoted twice, changed departments and even pivoted my career! Ometria has a very positive culture that will give you all the tools you need to succeed. If you are hardworking and persevere, you will take advantage of the opportunities they offer you or create your own. Being in an environment where everyone it’s continuously doing their best, it’s encouraging and the best place to work. And on top of all this, I’ve built long-lasting friendships!

Cons

Something we're always working on is how we can better communicate among teams.

Great if you want to have fun, not great if you want to progress in your sales career

Other Employees, casual culture, social atmosphere and socials.

Cons

poor management, very difficult to get promoted or progress in your career, bad internal communication, directors never own up to making mistakes just twist everything into being 'awesome', unrealistic goals, no one hits target, extreme favouritism of select individuals

Great interview experience

Pros

The interview process was very friendly and went smoothly. In my opinion it was well suited to select the right candidates, meaning people with a good approach to problem solving, and who fit into a constructive and supportive culture. I met a large number of people from across a variety of departments so I got a good feel of how things work in the company. The questions were realistic and thought-inspiring, they were mostly around solving real problems and around my experiences, rather than cliché interview questions. There was a programming task to be completed at home, which was realistically manageable and was representative of day-to-day software engineering work.

Cons

The process was a bit lengthy, but it wasn't too bad.
