Pros

US based team is rapidly growing and the software is a clear leader in the industry. The Ometria culture is top notch and very open friendly environment globally The management works very well with adjustments and making sure you’re taken care of

Cons

No major cons, just be prepared to understand we are building in a new market. There are growth pains like any

Pros

No one here has any kind of an ego. This is the first time I've ever worked for a company that is really and truly team over self. Never once have I heard someone say they don't have time to help, or that it isn't their job to do so. Everyone gives 110% as a team and it's an incredible thing to be part of.

Cons

For the US, the health insurance isn't very competitive. That's really the only con for me.

Pros

None, horrible place to work.

Cons

-Several rounds of layoffs -Out of touch leadership -Revolving door -No raises -No promotions -No events -Unrealistic timelines and expectations -They do not care about you (they will lay you off after continuously promising your job safety) -No job security -They spent all their money on a company wide outing and then had several rounds of layoffs (completely out of touch with reality) -Please don’t waste your time working for them (they will chew you up and spit you out) it’s only a matter of time
