Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t have the most positive experience during your time at Ometria although glad to hear you you enjoyed the training and the social aspects of Ometria. We’re not sure when you worked here but we are not new to the market and have become an established name in this space. We have a very successful and high performing sales team. We have a set of values that are an important part of our culture and inform the way we work together. We certainly don’t want it to be a monoculture and take feedback on them from the team to look at how we can make improvements. If you have any further feedback, please feel free to reach out to talent@ometria.com

poor management, very difficult to get promoted or progress in your career, bad internal communication, directors never own up to making mistakes just twist everything into being 'awesome', unrealistic goals, no one hits target, extreme favouritism of select individuals

Thank you for taking the time to feedback and sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience. We’re always working to make things better, and wanted to share some recent changes. Internal communication is something we’re always working on, more so more than ever as we’re all remote. We have now set up the Ometria Forum, to make sure that company strategy and decisions are communicated and discussed with representatives from all across the business. As a fast-growth VC-backed startup, our targets are set according to industry standards, and are ambitious but achievable - we are always open to receiving feedback about how we can support the sales team better in achieving them. If you’d like to discuss any additional feedback about your experience, then please feel free to set up a confidential call with people@ometria.com

Pros

people are nice and and good perks like holiday

Cons

hard to integrate because everyone sticks to their friend groups and the redundancies over the last couple of years leave you wondering about the company’s direction. A level of unfairness based on whose friends with who and lack of job security
