Pros

Omitron offers competitive salaries, fantastic health benefits, and the people are like family. Omitron is a company on the go.

Cons

The major is con is one that is typical of a lot of companies, when the contract is done your job may be done. The company does a good job of finding work for people after the contract is up though.

Pros

Small company with recent large growth, recently won 5 year contract at NASA GSFC. Probably other opportunities to find new work and expand further. HSA benefit is offered.

Cons

Tuition reimbursement benefit is less than other places I've seen. Limited involvement from corporate leadership on site at NASA GSFC. Work/life balance is poor for operations positions.

Pros

They make you feel like family (in a good way). A great place to work with amazing benefits. I would go back if/when they have a need for me again.

Cons

Contract work so currently no openings that are a fit for me, but if there is something that fits for you, highly consider it!
