Processes are not consistently enforced, managers aren't paid within market range if they're internally promoted, managers turn a blind eye to situations they don't want to deal with, and find ways to eliminate those they don't care for (restructuring they call it) just to bring someone else in. They put on a great show in selling the company, just don't expect the reality to match, managers are overworked, and managers act like they care about turnover, but never make improvements or take into consideration input from terminations.

The leaders especially in the corporate office love to point fingers & blame They have no idea what is happening but love to pat themselves on the back for terrible decisions & tell you your incompetent when it doesn't go right after you told them all the reasons why a particular decision should not have been made.
