Micro management, they claim non- militaristic work culture, but it's anything but., very old school corporate environment.. you get a wrong feeling about this place

Fun place to work and grow your skills. Company is starting to take off and grow in to a solid competitor and leader in their EDC and Phase 1 Clinic Automation spaces.

Cons

Nothing negative. Wish the company could grow faster!

Not fair in deciding who gets promoted. Employees get promoted based on if your manager likes you personally, rather than if you're really good at your job.
