Pros

Their are some great people to work with and will help grow your career. Good location.

Cons

Over the last couple years the overall Accounting and Finance depts. have seen a lot of turnover as the CFO changes the roles underneath him and brings in outside people for his managers/directors, not much internal promotion. As the focus of the company moved from Safety and Culture to a Bottom Line mentality many good employees were let go in HQ and well as in the field. Although it is understandable for the move the manner in which the change happened left many wondering of the strategy of the layoffs.

Decent money, no life, no loyalty

Pros

They at least pretend to care about you. Safety was a top priority. Vacation scale was great. Good people.

Cons

Management in parent company, Omnitrax, was a carousel. Constant restructuring within, thus constant change in direction. Medical benefits were poor.

Pros

The current CEO and the rest of the executive team seem to be solid. The CEO is extremely down to earth and that type of attitude trickles down to the organization. Employees are encouraged to come forward with ideas for the business. There is a good wellness and safety culture. The benefits are pretty standard but not bad. There is a gym onsite and the company sponsors many teams and events. There are a lot of parties and social events that encourage employees to interact with others that they normally would not in the course of their job.

Cons

I wondered how some people still had jobs there. The HR department for the most part was a joke. They are in need of some turnover in that department. It seems like the only good people that ever worked there all left as quickly as they could. Payroll is a mess and the system implementation that the company is trying to go through is causing major drama and issues across the company.
