Management is oblivious to problems. Serious issues go unaddressed, including employee conflicts and good people leave. Company is more focused on making money than improving patient care. Tons of medication errors, wrong drugs, late deliveries. Corporate doesn't allow for sufficient stock of meds so patients often miss crucial doses due to backorders. Borrowing meds from other spokes or hubs is common place, creating productivity issues. Speaking of productivity, it sucks at Omnicare. They use old, slow technology. Pharmacists and techs are often overworked in multiple positions because corporate won't allow additional budget for new employees even though they keep adding facilities. Very little chance of advancement. No raises or recognition for taking on double the work and suceeding at it.

If you are attempting to make friends with your coworkers, THIS is not the place. Several of the YOUNGER employees turn their noses down on the new people and refuse to help. Management is very unorganized and will have you working outside of your job description. Doesn't show any compassion or concern for employees.
