Pros

Market share is high and growing.

Cons

Worst management, unpredictable and unprofessional. No concerns for customer satisfaction. Goals are purely focused on management self intrest. They donot have values or standards. Field service management is by far the issue. They lie and hid facts, dismiss customer complaints and reward underachieving employees if they feel like it not based on actual results. Upper management turns a blind eye. Whistle blowering is discouraged and facts are hidden. Angry customer reviews are hidden.

Pros

Co-workers who have been with the company for a while still make it worth being here. Salary good. Remote work.

Cons

Good company in the past. Recently, several rounds of staff reduction and a big shake up in top leadership. Many good people let go in last 6-9 months and new people filling some of these roles are poor choices. Field Service team now has a poor, inexperienced Director who lacks good leadership skills which is a big change from the past. This is also having a negative impact on morale and causing people across the team to consider other career choices.
