      Work at own pace, but never know when it stops.

      Cons

      On call 24/7 only paid if you go out after hours. And if that adds up to over fourty hours in week. You feel like your phone is an ankle bracelet

      Benefits were not too bad.

      The leadership team at this company seems to have a complete lack of understanding of their own products and services, which led to constant confusion and mismanagement. Additionally, the culture at Omnicell was incredibly toxic, with a lot of negativity and blame-shifting going on. There was very little support or encouragement, which made it difficult to grow and develop professionally. Overall, I would not recommend working at Omnicell if you value good leadership and a positive work environment."
