      Mixed Bag

      Pros

      Working with talented and friendly people, enjoyable environment decent development process. Good place to get experience.

      Cons

      Poor raises, poor information sharing, constant reorganization and management shuffling including closure of offices and fairly ruthless treatment of all involved. At first they seemed to be loyal to long time employees but at this point they don't seem interested in loyalty retaining knowledge and expertise and want to just farm out all the work to contractors.

      Pros

      Friendly smiles from coworkers, products support a good cause

      Cons

      I used to dedicate a lot of time outside normal work hours. Always wanted to contribute more and felt happy doing it. But now I no longer feel the commitment after the recent layoffs even when the business and stock is doing so well. I maybe a called a star today and given a glass memento but I can see the clock ticking now. Omnicell cares the LEAST about me. Time to polish the resume and scoot out I guess.

      Pros

      Before the Aesynt acquisition I could have named a few, none after. Once was best technology on market.

      Cons

      In 8 years I saw forged documents swept under the rug (including to VA's), selling futures, delay of installs for years because they could not meet the commitments they previously agreed upon, millions of dollars in equipment delivered despite not having completed paperwork to meet revenue recognition, inability to service installed equipment because they refused to hire the resources needed.
