Co-workers are usually great to work with.

Cons

Frequent management changes have created instability and made it difficult for employees to advance, even when they’ve clearly earned the opportunity. Leadership has made promises about growth and incentive programs — such as biannual promotion opportunities — that were never followed through on. There’s also a tendency among some managers to overestimate their experience, which has led to inconsistent decision-making and overall mismanagement. Unfortunately, this lack of continuity and direction has negatively impacted both employee morale and company performance, which may partly explain the company’s declining stock value.
