Extremely poor operations management. Dyfuntional management from company headquarters, company seems to lack any long term vision about it's staff. VP operations lived by this phrase regarding the operations staff. "Hire fast, fire faster." Not a good way to attract people of quality and it shows. I doubt upper management know or cares about how company is run, all they seemed to care about was what The Street thought of the company. Internally employee base ridicules customer base. They do not take customers suggestion seriously and out right ingore operations/install staff. Sad because years ago when I joined Omnicell it was a great place to work and the best work expereince I had. It ended as one of the worst. I would not go back to work there without a large salary increase and a change in operations management and additude.

I have been with Omnicell for two years now, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. One of the major issues is the lack of raises; despite my hard work and dedication, I have not received a single penny increase in salary. Even worse, when I was promoted, instead of a raise, I actually experienced a pay decrease because they switched me from hourly pay to salary without any compensation for the increased responsibilities. The upper management at Omnicell is also a significant problem. They seem completely disconnected from the daily operations and challenges faced by employees. Good people are fired every year, creating an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear among the staff. It's demoralizing to see talented individuals let go while the management seems indifferent to their contributions. Overall, my time at company has been marked by frustration and disillusionment. The lack of raises, coupled with bad upper management decisions and the dismissal of valuable employees, has created a toxic work environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for fair compensation, job security, or a supportive work culture.
