For me, who you work for matters so much. I've been with Omnicell for 2 years and have worked for my current leader for about 1.5 years. I've held a similar role in few companies including ones on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. However, this is the first role where I have felt truly empowered by my direct leader, but also our Sr. Leadership Team and my peer leadership team to set the vision and strategy. Our leaders truly value the impact of my team's work and support/sponsor our efforts.

Cons

It's very fast paced like a start up - takes some getting used to if you come from a mammoth organization. Once I got the hang of it - I found it to be very exciting and less dulldrum.
