Pros

Work life balance, always flexible with my family needs. I felt like I was seen as a person. Managed my own daily tasks. Felt appreciated, important to the team, and essential to the overall company success within my role. Excellent compensation during my assignment. Exceeded my expectations for severance once my position was eliminated.

Cons

My role was eliminated when the client no longer needed the company’s services. No co-workers within my specific position. I only had 2.5 years to enjoy this job, I would have stayed till retirement.

Management does not make the best decisions. The company has not grown. Senior management has left. No room for growth.
