There are plenty of opportunities to grow within here and management is encouraging of you to grow and go further than you thought in your career. Also, the company is getting stronger and building up, which is great to be a part of such wonderful growth.

Market share is high and growing.

Cons

Worst management, unpredictable and unprofessional. No concerns for customer satisfaction. Goals are purely focused on management self intrest. They donot have values or standards. Field service management is by far the issue. They lie and hid facts, dismiss customer complaints and reward underachieving employees if they feel like it not based on actual results. Upper management turns a blind eye. Whistle blowering is discouraged and facts are hidden. Angry customer reviews are hidden.

I've been here for about 6 months now. The business itself is complicated and hard to learn but my job is exactly what I expected it to be. My manager is great, and I work remotely which has provided me with flexibility and excellent work life balance.

Cons

This is my first fully remote job and sometimes communication is challenging.
