      Pros

      Company stated goal of capping earnings at 15% to reinvest any excess in R&D is welcome for those of us that came from the McKesson side of the acquisition. The management within Omnicell is much more bottom line oriented. The management from Omnicell is more focused on executing and has greater accountability than there was prior to the acquisition. ESPP plan is very solid

      Pros

      The founder and CEO had great rules for the company and he cared about the employees. You could talk to him about anything if you were visiting at the head quarters.

      Cons

      Local management recruited an unqualified employee that caused me to have to fix equipment in their territory all the time. This caused me to have more work when I already had a very busy territory.
