Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture with ability to work on many interesting projects in US and overseas. Lots of growth (finally) after some really scary years. Executive team is strong and CEO Randy Lipps is a very caring man who is really interested in the employees and he is also a very shrewd executive.
Cons
Former CFO was very tough to work for so it is good he has moved to a different role. New management team structure seems much better but there still seems to be mixed messages and a lack of clarity on corporate strategy and goals.
