      Home based operations staff has the ability to travel and see places you might not otherwise go to.

      Cons

      401k match is weak and could be enhanced to be more like the competition in the IT world, thereby bettering employee satisfaction.

      Some of the projects have too many managers and things get crazy. Ability to learn and grow here is minimal. Very average compensation

      The engineering team is very helpful. Work environment is also good and practices followed like agile scrum.

      Cons

      A Lot: To get to the next level you must be NASA scientist. Management help is negligible for your career growth. To grow in the company you must be pleasing the entire menagement. For any open senior position the company never considers to promote their employees to excel their career. Very poli tics at every stage. The older employees in top management demonstrate themselves as they are always there to help grow in career but in actual they are dictators. Overall it is a management driven company.
