Senior Exec, VP's, Director's. Silos. A vacuum has been created and a large gap in leadership, experience, perspective. Leaders lack domain knowledge. Hubris. Nepotism. Ignore the level of efforts to pivot priorities abruptly. Unreasonable to believe new hire leaders can fill those expectations. Many ideas from the leaders, keen on giving their opinion, but not on joining in that effort. Legacy thinking (legacy employees). Legacy business and IT tools. Process anchors, especially in Quality and Engineering. Pay is not competitive, not nearly for the workload and responsibility. Pay bands mis-aligned. Performers, overloaded. Fire after fire. Priority pivots.
