      Pros

      Nice, really great people. Direct manager, immediate team and colleagues. Positive contributions to patient safety and care. Healthcare experience. Remote work. Autonomy in work. Opportunities to learn new areas.

      Cons

      Senior Exec, VP's, Director's. Silos. A vacuum has been created and a large gap in leadership, experience, perspective. Leaders lack domain knowledge. Hubris. Nepotism. Ignore the level of efforts to pivot priorities abruptly. Unreasonable to believe new hire leaders can fill those expectations. Many ideas from the leaders, keen on giving their opinion, but not on joining in that effort. Legacy thinking (legacy employees). Legacy business and IT tools. Process anchors, especially in Quality and Engineering. Pay is not competitive, not nearly for the workload and responsibility. Pay bands mis-aligned. Performers, overloaded. Fire after fire. Priority pivots.

      People that actually do the work and are not in management.

      Show me the money should be their mission statement- revenue/stock price is this orgs only care Emails sent constantly for celebrating every culture and holiday - All PR and hype. Company need’s employees but resents it. Managers don’t hide their disdain for employees or managing them Company was supposedly founded based on a real life experience and the need for better patient care. Find this hard to believe based on the way they treat people. Products not good- org bought almost all competitors so they don’t care

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. They are hiring friends but calling them experts in the field. They come and ruin a team then leave. It continues to go downhill.
