      Pay and PTO are good

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. They are hiring friends but calling them experts in the field. They come and ruin a team then leave. It continues to go downhill.

      Flexibility Working with Customers Knowing at some point you will find something else.

      Cons

      24/7/265 No Rotating Schedule Expected to use your own car. Car Mileage does not keep up with fuel cost. Service is expected to pick up the slack for the rest of the teams No work/life balance. Ticketing system is a nightmare Parts system is atrocious

      Great industry and mission. Exciting products and bright future. A lot of positions open. Flexible management and policies. Good benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of change. Fast growth with some disorganization as it occurs. If you don't like change and perfect work processes, then not likely a great place for you.
