Pros

Good group of people doing good work.

Cons

Must survive multiple RIF's No raises and promotion freezes. After 3 years of good and excellent reviews with no pay increase, I was finally given a raise. Less than inflation rate of one year. I keep working harder and they keep paying me less.

Pros

Working at Omnicell has been incredibly fulfilling, as it allows me to contribute to the vision of the autonomous pharmacy. I’m passionate about improving medication management and enhancing patient safety. The innovative environment at Omnicell drives meaningful change in healthcare, and the collaborative culture here encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing, making every day inspiring and impactful.

Cons

Omnicell is at a critical inflection point as it strives to revolutionize healthcare with the vision of the autonomous pharmacy. In today’s challenging economic climate, resilience is more important than ever. This period of transformation can be demanding, requiring all of us to be highly adaptable and perseverant. While it’s an exciting time, it also means facing some uncertainties and navigating through significant changes.

Pros

Decent PTO for tenured employees (2+ years). Interesting and evolving field to work in. Coworkers are amazing. Great opportunities for advancement and/or sideways movement to different departments. Competitive starting pay!! My manager and their up line are pretty solid. Willing to work with you, if you’re also willing to work with them. Shift flexibility.

Cons

Raises don’t keep up with inflation , let’s not even talk about accounting for performance. High turnover. General (micro)management. They fired one manager, like that would fix the micromanagement problem in the department where I work.. Collaboration between departments/teams still needs lots of work. Shift variance from week to week. Favoritism.
