      Pros

      Good pay. Hourly was nice with overtime. Per diem used to be good. Salary was fine once you hit a certain teir.

      Cons

      Its specific to only that company, a lot of layoffs. Too much travel in certain rolls.

The management team continuously evaluates areas for improvement related to training, issue management, and our internal escalation process. Recently, leaders requested focused feedback regarding training/nesting period, which resulted in a hybrid work environment allowing more dedicated resolution time and workshops with SMEs.
