Pros

Some great workers who really care about working towards the autonomous pharmacy with zero medication errors..

Cons

Unstable. Many organization restructurings in the last 2 years. New top management is making ill-informed decisions without fully understanding the problem space, the products, the customers, and the users. Inefficiencies abound in the development process. C-suite not listening to or discounting the input of certain employees and exhibiting blatant favoritism towards Omnicell's India team based developers, resulting in risk of lowering product quality. C-suite not willing to pivot to a better development solution for certain apps is causing increased development costs and delayed product releases that could have been avoided. Future is bleak on the path they are on.

Pros

Solid Health Benefits Quarterly Bonuses Talented people

Cons

As book of business grew, lots of short sightedness in the long term forecast. Less than stellar talent from the former CHRO’s prior organization was hired to replace legacy talent which created a lot of distrust in the organization. The business had amazing talent and people I was proud to support. Field based employees gave 200 percent to support customers during COVID and would go the extra mile whenever you asked them. Employees were grouped together in blind chat rooms when layoffs occurred which was highly impersonal and a slap in the face to those that had worked tirelessly when the business asked everyone to step up for customers.
