Pros

For freshers with no experience, it s good. You can enjoy long vacations without salary.

Cons

They will put employees in trap. No personal growth, unprofessional management in CAD division. Without notice, we have to travel around GCC countries with no salary allowance. Lot of hidden "contracts" need to sign before resignation.
