Pros

Fun team of people to work with. They recognize good work and pay generously. The team knows how to adapt quickly, problem solve, and go out of their way to make sure things are done the right way for clients.

Cons

Don't work here if you can't deal with ambiguity. Production could be more efficient at times.

Love working for OBE, love the people, the culture, the work ethic, the day-to-day is enjoyable.

HR leaves something to be desired. There is one HR person who is overloaded and inept.

Cons

Cliquey isn't even a strong enough work to describe OBE. In the words if Heidi Klum, "one day you are in and the next you are out" The owners do not like original thinking, they want a team of followers. If you want to make an impact, go some place else. If you like to just follow orders, OBE is right for you
