One of the best aspects of working here is the amazing leaders who treat us well! They do not shout at us when we make mistakes or humiliate us in public. Instead, they treat us as humans and give us important feedback sessions.

On most days, we are busy, but we can manage. The work culture here is commendable because everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and support one another.

Cons

I suggest that the management hold more team-building activities to build better department connections.

I admire our leaders, who are competent and highly skilled in our field. I also appreciate how they treat us well and respectfully, never making us feel inferior. Regardless of your position in the company, you will be heard! This company has a great work culture. I highly recommend it!

Cons

I suggest that HR improve some of its processes.
