Pros

I absolutely adored my colleagues at ON during my short stint at the company. These are some of the most invested and down to earth people I have worked with.

Cons

I felt that the company has a bigger focus on maintaining a cool and hip presence with hiring famous people for commercials and creative roles in the Firm over investing in the internal full time employees. Also, I noticed a preference for outsourcing the heavy lifting to consultants or to "cheaper" cities like Berlin, often at the cost of paying full time employees fitting wages or being transparent with the roles to begin with. I felt pressured to do far more than my role title at the promise of more fair wages in the future but knew that this wouldn't happen. I voiced my concerns and was sacked, while the company kept very expensive consultants that didn't do much to begin with. I am glad to have had the experience and wish all the colleagues the best, but with so many colleagues on sick leave due to stress, I wouldn't recommend ON to others.
