We're supper happy to read that you're enjoying the amazing workplace and culture that we're building together at On on a daily basis. We're working hard to make sure our teams have the flexibility to "Build the better you" as we like to call it, and unlimited time off definitely helps with this ;) You correctly pointed out that we're a fast growing company. As we grow we maintain the flexibility and autonomy that come with our explorer spirit. We understand that navigating autonomy and flexibility can be challenging at times and it may feel like a lack of structure, but growth without a degree of structure would not work. As we continue to grow we're implementing more and more systems and tools to ensure we have the structure that an organisation needs, whilst keeping out flexibility and autonomy that make us On. Salaries are also an important factor to job satisfaction, and our team continuously monitors the market to ensure our teams are compensated fairly, of course we'd all love a 30% increase - who wouldn't.
