The company is innovative on all levels, offering lots of new career opportunities. I like that the team across the globe is very strongly connected and impressively aligned. Very cool company culture that you just want to be part of.

Cons

Sometimes work-life balance suffers because of the rapid growth of the company.

If you enjoy a challenging, fast-paced, motivational work environment - this is a dream job. I feel like a valued member of our team and I feel like my opinions matter and are listened to. We have huge responsibilities and we work hard to meet our goals. Some days are easier than others, but at the end of the day I know I can rely on my team to support me and help me whenever I feel stuck - when we win, we all win together. We really do work hard and play hard. Balance is hard to achieve, but if you love the running community and love supporting runners - it's a very rewarding job.

Cons

For me, the commute is pretty far and the parking situation around the office is a bit of a challenge.
