I have been working at the On HQ in Portland, Oregon for just a little over 5 years now. The teams I work with on a daily basis are absolutely fantastic. We have a close family culture that organically creates friendships and colleagues alike. Our Portland office is modern and sleek while offering open work spaces, conference rooms, stand up work stations, showers and so much more! International travel and working for a global company is also a huge perk of working at On. No matter what position you hold, everyone is invited to our Global sales meeting in Switzerland which happens every May. Another awesome perk is we're literally always on the "run" and engaging in frequent outdoor workouts such as team runs, team yoga, and Tuesday boot-camp! We all contribute to the overall success of the company by having an entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial mind set around our personal and company goals. Everyone has a voice at On and we're always encouraged to share our ideas, concerns and suggestions in open settings with our management team.
