The company is innovative on all levels, offering lots of new career opportunities. I like that the team across the globe is very strongly connected and impressively aligned. Very cool company culture that you just want to be part of.

Cons

Working at On really is something special, the people, the environment, the whole culture. I love working here since day 1. Things I appreciate the most: - inspiring working culture - super young and dynamic team from all over the world - cool team events and social activities - product benefits - incredible high standard office - high quality working devices - make an impact - personal growth within company and role - teamwork and projects

Cons

- salary currently is not matching workload and companys fast growth - if you can not deal with heavy workload and fast developing environment On might not be the best choice for you

Not much, but if then that the company has outgrown the "Start-up" phase, but the pay has not grown at all.
