On The Go is a GREAT place to work

Pros

You have the freedom to make your job your own at On The Go. The key is to stay very organized, that way you can make your sales increase, which goes into your commissions.

Cons

The company is pretty lean when it comes to supervisors, so you are very much on your own much of the time. This can be good and bad, but you need to plan on solving most of your own problems.
