Pros

I worked at On The Go as a salesperson through the Atlanta Office. I only left because we moved out of state to help care for elderly parents. Working with On The Go is one of the best professional career decisions I have EVER made! I wish I had joined their team sooner. I have never come across a company that is SO invested in its employees and their success. They give you all the tools to succeed as long as you put in the work. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Management is amazing. The benefits are really good and hard work is rewarded. They genuinely care about their employees. I highly recommend working for this company.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about this company. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my employer.

Pros

The staff members are usualy good, hardworking and supportive.

Cons

Owner/CEO micromanages, gets easily upset and is disrespectful to staff. He will ask that only specific things be done, then gets upset when other things are not done. There is a high staff turnover either because persons quit early in the job or the owner fires them when he can't get them to do the exorbitant amount of work he requires or they are sick or have other emergencies. The work load is very high and the pay is low compared to the work that is expected. They will advertise a job for a certain pay and hours (Monday to Friday), then refuse to pay the amount advertised, and then demand that persons come in on Saturdays to deal with the high work load. For hourly paid persons there is a constant pressure to get more work than is reasonable done within a 40 hour week as they don't want to pay overtime. Salaried persons are expected to work overtime and weekends with no additional pay. No proper onboarding or training is given. The owner manager is a true workaholic who expects persons to work as he does without adequate compensation.

Pros

Outside of executive and senior leadership, the team consists of **kind, supportive, and genuinely compassionate colleagues**, but unfortunately, they are **overworked and stretched thin** due to the company's demanding environment.

Cons

If you're looking for a company that values hard work, fosters a positive culture, and provides fair compensation, this is not the place for you.
