This company will post jobs all over the country that are inflated by 10 thousand or more. In California I was salary and worked 55-60 hours a week. My pay worked out to be $10 hour. Commission is only ok 3 months. It’s socks. No one buys socks !! They will tell you to sell space!!!? It’s Walmart there’s no other space. This is the lie they feed you. After this sinks in the micromanaging from the ceo and hr will just about leave you to quit. It’s the constant nit picking about Pogs. Guess what Walmart customers don’t care about if there’s one or two facings. But here’s the biggest headache, there’s member enough product! Never. You will be expected to fill every store with what?? The company is not ran well. It has constant turnover. Just look at the jobs. There’s no supervision that checks in or cares about you. Your on your own so don’t give your life to this job. Oh you get Christmas off!

I highly recommend working for On The Go Hosiery - based out of Atlanta. It is a great company, it is growing and there is lots of opportunity for growth. The compensation and benefits are great and much better than the rest of the route sales industry.
