Great technology and amazing engineers marred by terrible senior management.

Pros

Incredible technology. Enginners who can make magic happen. Easy to get the hardware you need to do your job.

Cons

Senior managers are horribly randomizing. There is never a willingness to stop and ask what the costs are to these changes. And the engineers end up overworked and demoralized as a result. This fish is rotting from the head.
