Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. While I wish we'd had the chance to discuss this directly, I'll use the opportunity to share my perspective. The last 2-3 years have challenged our entire industry. During positive times of expansion and growth it takes an incredible amount of energy and innovation to keep up. In more challenging times like these, the choices on priorities shift quickly to the most value-add to our customers and company. These changing priorities are absolutely disruptive for everyone, and that's a fact that's never far from my mind. We strive to cultivate a positive, constructive atmosphere in both exciting and challenging times, where everyone feels respected, heard, and valued. I am sorry that we weren't able to do that effectively for you. As I said, I wish that you would have come to talk to me. Even if the dialogue revolved around your interest in a change in leadership, I would have listened. We may not agree on all aspects of our strategy and approach, but we could have engaged in an open and fair dialogue, which is how we ultimately all contribute to maintaining a thriving company—together.
