Opportunity abounds

Pros

OnPoint is a growing organization, and as such, employees are challenged to grow, think strategically, enhance processes, and work hard. For many of the organizational areas - particularly in the branch network - growth and advancement opportunities abound. Do great work and you are recognized.

Cons

In a growing company, employees can be stretched with workload (at times) but also in skill development( which can actually be a positive). In committing to work here, you are taking both the great pay/ benefits/ culture with all the components of a growing company.

Pros

- Direct supervisor was a great gal, really easy to work with and open-minded. - Training & Development was on top of updates.

Cons

- Upper management not open to new ideas and thinking outside the box - The mission statement is just posters in the hallway, they do help their customers, but the teamwork part is just a poster in the wall. There is no camaraderie in the customer service team. - Their launch of the "new and improved" online banking was a disaster.
