      Pros

      Great communication with the leadership team. Fantastic pay, with good hours and benefits.

      Cons

      There can be some personality clashes, but you’ll have that anywhere.

      They pay well and hook you up with free lunches. Owner really wants to do right by his employee.

      Cons

      New managers are making it so corporate it’s taking away from what made this place special. While I didn’t agree with how they handled my situation I want to see the company succeed.
