Pros

Culture was good and loved the people I worked with.

Cons

The pay wasn't bad but it was slightly lower than surrounding companies.

Pros

- Good PTO - Paid healthcare (only a pro if you don’t frequent the doctor) - Worked with some really cool people

Cons

- Management and upper leadership changed so much between 2021-2022 which drove a lot of people to leave. CS Operations went way downhill very quickly. It was a bummer. - Heavy workload & not much to show for it - Went back to the office - Management only is friendly with you if they like you. If they don’t like you, good luck!

Pros

Great colleagues, prior to COVID office and company culture was one of the best in the area.

Cons

Some managers and leadership positions destroyed certain departments. Some of their most tenure employees left because of this. From what I could tell certain people in those positions didn't deserve them and didn't have the right leadership skills - promotion decisions were based off of the wrong reasons.
