Company lost its values over the years - Project Manager OnShift Employee Review

Some managers and leadership positions destroyed certain departments. Some of their most tenure employees left because of this. From what I could tell certain people in those positions didn't deserve them and didn't have the right leadership skills - promotion decisions were based off of the wrong reasons.
