      WHY OH QHY HAVEW I STAYED SO LONG?

      Pros

      The only thing I can think of is Flexible Hours. The only reason I have stayed is because I need the money to pay my bills.

      Cons

      Boys Club Mentality - No advancement for women, only office help. Very low pay, long hours Seniority doesn't matter No one in branches follow rules Very poor delivery service (NDS) Upper Management doesn't care about employees Employees in Branches rarely last more than 7-9 years
