OnTrac is a terrific company to work for. It provides lots of opportunities for career growth and advancement, a good benefits package, and flexible work offerings. The company works hard to provide a positive work environment and also provide employee recognition. Recommend to anyone who is looking to make an impact and a difference in their role.

The cons of working at OnTrac could be that working in the warehouse requires physical demands. Working in a corporate setting has some challenges with maintaining work-life balance around peak season, but this is expected for the logistics industry.

The only thing positive is that is flexible. in case of an emergency.

Cons

- they pay $2.20 per package, if multiple heavy packages are delivered to same address you still get paid only $2.20. - if it rains and pours you still have to deliver -if you get stuck or a flat only 1 person will help to finish work. but youre on your own to fix car or get unstuck - NO BONUS EVER - we got tacos as a christmas bonus - didn't get our 1099 until until april 3rd. we all asked many times before the date and we got NO ANSWER!
