      The pay was consistent and on time

      Cons

      Lack of communication People got laid off abruptly after I left without warning, and the whole shift was terminated. Managers pick on employees and have favoritism. Some employees can get away with stuff, while others can be called out and threatened with disciplinary action for doing the same things. Can't get sick pay until working at least 6 months at the company.

      Not a lot of pros, worked there for 3 years and each year felt worse about being there

      Everything, they overwork you and do not hire enough people to complete the job.
