Pros

Tech built on a solid, differentiated set of knowledge in the marketplace. Great exec team drawn from across the industry. Strong emphasis on culture, bringing together teams from across the continents. Fun work environment without trying to be a cult.

Cons

Still occasionally small-time thinking from years gone by. Still needs work on developing leaders, managers and mentors.

I have been with Onapsis for 3 years. The best part of working at Onapsis is the people and culture. There is no micromanagement, Leadership expectations are clearly laid out. You will be working with very smart people and you will have a lot of freedom over your work. If you have some great ideas and would like to see them implemented - this is the place to be.

Be ready to bring your best professional self to work everyday.

lively, fast-paced, high performance work teams that also exhibit mutual respect and humility for each other

Cons

company is fast-moving. So there is not much time to kick back and "rest on our laurels". It's time to go after the next mission. (this is a negative/con only if you low on your personal energy.)
