The leadership. I have not seen a company that cares about its employees as much as at Onapsis.

Cons

Not really a con. Being a small company, sometime you will need to stretch outside of your comfort zone, this is the best way to grow.

Niche and high profile product - cyber security software for ERP systems, so great growth potential. Company culture is amazing - start up mentality but with strategic leadership.

Cons

Currently a lot of change - consolidating the product, integrating with a new acquisition, maturing, etc. - but exciting times!

None really. Just typical growing pains during hyper growth.
